Job Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for achieving the sales plan through the sale of the Company’s services, knowledge of market conditions, and competition in the assigned territory in support of the overall Company business plan. The position reports directly to the Director of Business Development.
Job Description:
The Account Executive will actively network, prospect, and call on B2C and B2B customers to communicate and sell the value of the Company’s services. He/She will develop and implement a sales strategy for potential customers based on their needs, interests, and in compliance with high-value client criteria. This individual will be responsible for establishing a territory sales plan to achieve annual forecasts, reporting market development and competitive activities, and is expected to develop strong relationships with key customers and partners in the territory. He/She will have frequent interaction with key personnel such as Account Managers, service line specialists, and other Operations personnel.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develops and, as requested, updates a territory sales plan. This plan includes, but is not limited to high-value prospects, revenue forecasts, and market development opportunities.
- Actively prospects and calls on new prospects to ensure the broadest market adoption of the Company’s services.
- Attains assigned sales goals.
- In accordance with Company procedures, provides sales reports and sales activity analysis for existing and new customers to support continued refinement of the Company’s go-to-market strategy.
- Develops and maintains product service knowledge necessary to support professional representation of the Company in the marketplace.
- Maintains awareness of market conditions and competitive products and marketing practices, and keeps management informed concerning them.
- Communicates to key individuals in the Company, opportunities to build expand critical business partnerships in the territory.
- Responds to customer complaints in accordance with Company policy and advises management promptly of any situation beyond the Account Executive’s scope of authority.
- Complies with all Company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of Company objectives and for the maximum profitable revenue.

Transportation/Travel/Office:
Our staff currently works in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, and remotely Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This policy is subject to change, however a continued hybrid stance is expected for the foreseeable future.
A valid drivers’ license, current registration and car insurance is required for vehicle owners.
Our office is located in downtown Denver, and public transportation passes via RTD are offered at no cost to all employees.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
