What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Product Marketing position at C2FO Limited?
This position is a highly strategic, end- to-end product marketing role that includes multi-disciplinary go-to-market planning, product launches, and demand generation for our core C2FO products.
Working with Product, Sales, and Marketing execution teams you will help develop compliant, integrated campaigns that drive high quality registrations and create brand awareness; increase adoption and ensure your campaigns are executed with speed and quality and that results are reported and analyzed for continuous learning and program refinement. What does a Director of Product Marketing do?
You are a progressive thinker, with the ability to take complex technology coupled with deep financial features and turn them in to compelling benefit driven messages for our prospects. You will create go-to-market plans that show a deep understanding of Supplier segments and content strategy for stage in the acquisition process and will be able to effectively articulate how C2FO clearly solves working capital problems. Working closely with Product, Sales and Marketing Channel partners, you will develop differentiated and compelling messaging, marketing plans and drive creative demand generation programs that deliver measurable market momentum and results.
You thrive in a team environment, take ownership of campaigns to ensure speed and quality of execution and marketing performance is reported and analyzed for continuous learning and program refinement. Essential Job Responsibilities
- You will independently spearhead strategic initiatives and go to market plans, key value propositions and relevant industry or company proof points and campaigns that will help C2FO drive growth in new markets
- Manage B2B demand gen, engagement and retention/loyalty programs from end-to-end, including planning, creative development, production, testing, flawless execution, reporting and optimization
- You will collaborate effectively with colleagues across the company to ensure alignment with product objectives, alignment of consumer marketing assets, brand standards and product registration and revenue goals.
- You will develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products, crafting creative content ideas and defining and coordinating marketing programs.
- You will create creative marketing campaigns, ideation for thought leadership content and campaigns.
- You will be the expert on your supplier segments and their working capital needs, understand their seasonal cycles and key quarter end needs be an expert on our competition and know how grow segment penetration.
- Communicate the value proposition of the Early Pay Marketplace, our Capital Finance products, and any new products we develop and work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Program Management partners for market launches and initiatives.
- Develop the overall strategy and approach, while working with internal marketing teams to create and deploy your marketing programs.
- You will plan, track and manage launch checklists and project plans supporting market launch and GTM readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8 years working in demand generation, marketing communications and product marketing
- Background in B2B or financial services industry preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of marketing principles, practices and techniques, including knowledge of account-based marketing, direct response, event planning and content marketing
Job Related Experience
- Demonstrated highly organized project management skills
- Ability to work across numerous projects with competing deadlines and effectively prioritize deliverables
- Ability to lead a team or cross-functional projects
- Financial Services or Fintech industry a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems for lead management and reporting is a plus
- Impeccable written communication and content development skills
- PowerPoint and Microsoft Office fluency.
