This new role will transform the capabilities, processes, and systems to ensure that we nurture and develop global talent from onboarding through to a successful C2FO career. This role will assist our global leaders in developing a learning organization, fit for the future growth and business needs at C2FO.

This Learning and Talent Development Director will review and monitor organizational, functional, and local learning needs, and design a plan which meets global and local requirements for our talented employees. Working with functional and local training managers, the learning plan will ensure that our employees have access to online support, virtual training, mentoring, and coaching using our internal and external networks to create a learning ecosystem.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • The global Learning & Development vision, plan, goals, and execution to implement dynamic learning systems that are integral to the success of the organization
  • Collaborating and sharing best practice with managers, and work closely with the functional and local learning leads to achieve desired business results and to target and implement program improvements
  • Resources to deliver on the strategy (subject matter experts, team members, vendors, program budgets, technologies, etc.)
  • The communication and infrastructure for all learning and development programs by establishing standardized methods and procedures for delivery, evaluation, measurement and reporting
  • Learning and development programs, consistent with best practice and innovative approaches, to address new hire on-boarding, new role transitions and proficiency building
  • Blended and scalable training solutions, evaluating both face-to-face, virtual, and digital solutions, for delivery to a large audience throughout the globe, making learning an unforgettable experience
  • Data to continuously improve and expand learning across the functions supported as well as to address development needs for high-volume roles

  • Strong operationally; ability to evaluate options and alternatives, and validate recommendations with data analytics
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

Education and Experience:

  • Strong track record in global learning and development, implementation of systems and internal communications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
