This role will assist our global leaders in developing a learning organization, fit for the future growth and business needs at C2FO.
This Learning and Talent Development Director will review and monitor organizational, functional, and local learning needs, and design a plan which meets global and local requirements for our talented employees. Working with functional and local training managers, the learning plan will ensure that our employees have access to online support, virtual training, mentoring, and coaching using our internal and external networks to create a learning ecosystem.
