Job Summary:

C4ATS is seeking a Systems Engineer responsible for supporting Program Management, Procurement, QA, and Production, with emphasis on Mechanical Engineering.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide engineering support to the program team as requested to meet company targets.  This includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Technical liaison to customer for the assigned program.
• Supplier technical support of all data package requirements and Question and Answers (Q&A).
• Participate in the successful execution of supplier On the Job Training (OJT) and First Article Inspection (FAI) processes.
• Manage of Q&A database and Technical data Package (TDP) for assigned program, including all related engineering changes.
• Manage the configuration control process for assigned program.
• Participate in resolution of Production failures at supplier, and internally when needed.
• Maintain engineering (bill of material) of assigned program in the company ERP system.
• Provide engineering support to the import/export compliance department.
• Provide engineering support to the proposal team, procurement PRB process, and quality departments.
• Establish and maintain a drawing/document/software/hardware administration
• Support preparation of review data packages and end item data packages

Basic Employment Requirements:

• 5 years related experience, BSEE or BSME preferred
• Experience reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and process specifications
• Experience with configuration and document control
• Experience with production activities including production control, procurement, and quality
• Extensive hands-on experience and understanding of CM and ERP systems, practices, and processes
• ISO 9001 and AS 9100 training is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and in a team environment
