ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Under limited supervision and much decision-making: Make sure that all jobs are covered. If someone is out, you must fill-in. Provide scheduled breaks for the tufting department positions as required. Work around and with automated equipment, moving machinery, and computerized systems. Frequently required to reach overhead, kneel, change bobbins, remove bobbins and empty cones, change backing, read and understand line changes, creel changes both full and partial, complete required paperwork associated with the creeling such as returning fiber, maintain creel in an efficient manner and any other tasks assigned by leadership. Follow all plant safety rules at all times OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
