EARLY CHILDHOOD COORDINATOR to Champion Supports for Children with Autism

Part II. Position Information
Title: Early Childhood Coordinator
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Title of Immediate Supervisor: Director of Mission
Salary Range: $30,000 to $45,000 annually
Hours: 40 hours per week
This position requires collaboration with:
- Director of Mission
- Preschool Owners and Directors
- Behavioral Health Staff
Part III. Position Information
Primary function of the Position:
- Manages the implementation of Behavioral Health services in local preschools.
- Conducts webinars and attends prospect meetings to expand inclusive preschool program
- Provide support to CA Human Services
Part III. Qualifications
Required primary attributes:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as Assistant Director/Director of a preschool
- Familiarity and understanding of VDOE licensing standards for Child Day Centers
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Self-directed to improve and enhance the program.
Additional attributes needed:
- Clean driving record and personal vehicle to use during times when company vehicles are not available; Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Candidate must submit to a background check, fingerprinting, and TB test if hired.
Education:
- Associates degree in a related field (social work, counseling, education, psychology, etc.) preferred
