POSITION SUMMARY:
Executes controls for Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s CLUB, including reporting, monitoring, and research. Possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written. Consistently exceeds expectations and shows commitment to Bass Pro Shops Core Values by supporting the CLUB Retail department. This position is located at the Corporate office in Lincoln, Nebraska.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversight of the Instant Issuance processes. (40%)
- Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting related to controls while organizing the data into presentable formats. (20%)
- Work cross functionally with corporate partners, retail field support, and retail management to support the execution and facilitation of CLUB controls. (20%)
- Maintain documentation as needed to support CLUB Field Team in achieving key goals as outlined by the business. (20%)
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Associate Degree in Business or related field
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter; demonstrates personal initiative and willingly assumes responsibility and ownership
