What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Cable Concierge LLC?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work remotely from home along with routine office visits.
- Communicates with customers over the phone to sell Spectrum and Hawaiian Telcom residential services (internet, TV, voice, and mobile).
- Utilizes sales offers and techniques to ensure long-term retention of customers and services.
- Completes orders through an order entry system.
- Delivers superior customer service to potential customers.
- Accurately completes all work orders associated with each job function.
- Must be able to take calls when needed as well as generate own leads through networking, marketing, etc.
- Flexible work hours.
- Must be self motivated, goal oriented, and dependable. This position has a very high income potential. The more customers you sign up for services, the more commissions you make.
Requirements:
- Provide own Smart Phone and Laptop/Computer w/internet access.
- Own Transportation and valid driver's license.
- Have a current GE License (or willing to obtain one).
- Experience in Spectrum, Hawaiian Telcom, Cable Industry, or general sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
