We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide excellent customer service, field all incoming phone calls, and foster and maintain positive customer relationships. You'll be on a team of 3 other Customer Service Representatives (CSR), reporting to our Call Center Manager, to communicate with our team of 20 plumbers. Qualifications:
- Must have minimum of one to three months related experience.
- Must have knowledge of Internet software, Inventory software, Project Management software, and Microsoft.
- Must posses the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
- Must possess the ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Must possess the ability to write routine reports of correspondence.

Pay Rate: Up to 72k
