CACI is seeking a Business Process Analyst Support to work in support of a major shipbuilding program office at Naval Sea Systems Command at the Washington Navy Yard

What You’ll Get to Do:

• Support a major shipbuilding program office at Naval Sea Systems Command at the Washington Navy Yard

• Work in a fast-paced, modern naval acquisition organization supporting foreign military sales for our partner navies and allies

• Participate as part of the Navy leadership staff

• Process improvement and data entry:

• Track program-wide action items

• Track foreign navy student data and progress through US Navy crew training pipelines

• Learn about US Navy civilian and military processes

More About the Role:

You will assist the leadership team in contract/program facilitation by providing support in the following areas:

• execution of professional support contract

• financial management of a large contract

• onboarding processing

• conference planning and execution

 
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Must Be a US Citizen

• Must have the ability to obtain a DOD SECRET security clearance

• Proficiency in MS office suite, especially MS Excel

• Graphic data representation

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to function as a team member in a demanding environment.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers at all levels of the organization in a professional, effective manner.

• Ability to work both independently and with a team to resolve problems

• A self-starter who will seize and maintain the initiative in ambiguous situations

Desired Qualifications:

• Active DOD Secret

• Previous experience supporting a major shipbuilding program office
