Job Description:
Are you ready to take your intelligence career to the next level? Join our elite team as an Identity Intelligence (I2) Targeting Analyst at Fort Meade, MD, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) and its subordinate regions.
A TS/SCI clearance is required but no Polygraph.
In this thrilling position, you’ll be at the heart of intelligence operations, crafting and delivering cutting-edge targeting intelligence products to support a national security mission and drives operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and coordinate comprehensive Identity Intelligence (I2) support packages to meet operational needs.
- Develop intelligence products that illuminate threat networks and enhance situational understanding.
- Support DoD, IA, and IC efforts to dismantle, disrupt, and defeat counterintelligence threat networks.
- Integrate biographic, biometric, contextual, and behavioral information to counterintelligence identities of interest.
- Collaborate with various intelligence and operational teams to ensure comprehensive support.
Qualifications:
- 10 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 14 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience of ODNI guidance regarding analysis and assessment production (ICD 203, 206, & 208).
- Experience with identity intelligence and targeting methodologies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Army Counterintelligence Investigative Process
- TS/SCI clearance, no polygraph required
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting military intelligence units.
- Familiarity with USACIC operations and procedures.
- Experience with Open Source Tradecraft and Tools
- Proficiency in relevant analytical tools and software.
