What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for conducting, and facilitating general and specific training. Duties may include delivering training based on customer requirements using a variety of techniques including face-to-face online, synchronous, asynchronous, and self-paced instruction. Develops training products, participates in training product development sessions, and instructs training classes. Understands training Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process concepts. May include employing blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

The Trainer will provide training for new or existing equipment and/or systems CONUS and OCONUS at locations identified and approved by the Government (e.g. CONUS Combat Training Centers, U.S. Army Forward Operating Bases (FOB), Contingency Operating Base (COB), and unit home stations). The Trainer will coordinate unit home station training to support the warfighter by identifying training requirements and scheduling dates with the units. As needed, the trainer will attend vendor training on new and existing REF equipment to gain further understand on purpose, functionality, training requirements, and technical specification of these existing equipment to assist in the development of detailed training plans.

BA/BS plus 3-10 years experience
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
US Army TRADOC training experience
Recent Army deployed operations experience
