IT Recruiter
Responsible for implementing the organization's human resources recruiting and selection strategies based on business needs, current and future to include planning, coordinating, and implementing recruitment programs and srategies, which deliver a qualified and diverse slate of candidates and prospective employees. Provides outreach to veteran communities, job sourcing, and assisting veteran applicants in the hiring process. Serves as SMEs for veteran-related HR issues and programs, such as federal compliance, pay/benefits, retention, mentoring, professional development, and philanthropy. Develops and establishes effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates and have the ability to influence hiring decisions. Familiar with the tenets of OFCCP and government laws and regulations pertaining to the recruitment and hiring process and knowledgeable of the company’s compensation program, philosophy and management. Duties may include candidate sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, selecting and placing internal and external applicants. Responsible for managing the new employee induction process and may assist in the off boarding for separating employees.
CACI has an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Recruiter to join our team of passionate Human Resources professionals. This role will be a key contributor at Shared Services Center (CES) in Oklahoma City. This will be a hybrid remote position located in the SSC-CES.
In This Opportunity You Will Get To:
You will perform a variety of complex tasks for professional and administrative recruiting functions in support of identifying, interviewing, evaluating and selecting qualified employees to effectively meet the organization's staffing requirements.
More About the Role:
- Provides full life-cycle recruiting function to include assisting hiring managers with developing and marketing job positions, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, reference checking, extending verbal and written offers while also maintaining candidate information in the automated recruiting system.
- Facilitate the hiring of a variety of technical positions to support our Government clients including Architects, Engineers, Software Developers, Analysts, Program Managers and Information Technology positions.
- Develops innovative techniques to support customer needs. Maintains a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Performs a variety of professional and administrative functions to ensure positions are filled with qualified candidates quickly.
- Provides regular reporting to senior management on recruiting issues.
- Represents department to internal/external applicants. Provides advice and guidance to less experienced employees.
- Create, analyze and present weekly recruiting reports to Program Managers using an ATS and databases to record productivity, step and status conversion, sourcing locations as well as candidate Security Clearance eligibility.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Experience creating targeted Boolean searches to reach and connect with our recruiting market.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
- Strong technical aptitude
- 3-7 years of IT recruiting experience
- Demonstration of efficient and high-quality customer service experience
- Ability to utilize talent platforms and networking
- Knowledge of the skill-sets and specialists contained in the Military Intelligence Community.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
