What are the responsibilities and job description for the PMO Manager position at CACI?
CACI is seeking a PMO Manager experienced in managing complex government contracts to join our team. As a PMO Manager, you will be responsible for overall program level operations and reporting. Requirements will include: Organizing, directing, and managing PMO support functions providing F3I-3 Subcontracts, Contracts, Finance, and Security across all Work Plans. Responsible for ensuring consistency, completeness, and quality of all Work Plan initiation activities and coordination with all PMO Support functions. Coordinates with Government Management to review Work Plan response quality and completeness, and updates Work Plan Initiation Checklist to reflect current best practices and lessons learned to ensure program compliance with FAR/DFARS and GAAP regulations, and program setup and maintenance.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Initiate all new work plan activities to include identification of resources, selection of teammates and most effective contract type for implementation, planning schedule and deliveries, and award of task for implementation.
- Organize, direct, and manage program support functions to include Security, Subcontracts, Contracts, and QA. Prioritize support resources to ensure timely completion of new task awards.
- Ensure day-to-day operations are carried out in accordance with monthly deadlines and established contractual policies and procedures.
- Manage portfolio and individual work plan CDRL deliveries.
- Responsible for supporting the timely preparation of all PMO deliveries and resolution of action items and issues.
- Responsible for maintaining program data in program portal, including work plan setup and ongoing data management.
- Work collaboratively with other CACI functional personnel (contracts, subcontracts, accounting, billing, etc.) to support program and business objectives.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in program support roles supporting government contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, or quantitative related discipline is highly desired.
- Experience with overall program operations support.
- Must be able to analyze task scope, as well as requirements for security, staffing, risk, data rights, and other items to be addressed at task award.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and be able to build reports and charts for various internal and external requirements.
- Working knowledge of standard government contracts including FAR/DFARS clauses.
- Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities efficiently and effectively while meeting internal & external deadlines.
- Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills to build relationships with leadership, program managers, customers, and functional counterparts.
- A strong candidate will be able to assess existing project scope, processes, and methodologies, recommend improvements, and be able to implement.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of all Contract types: CPFF, T&M, FFP.
- Experience working with program reporting tools.
