Job Description
CACI is looking for a Program Control and Accounting Specialist/Procurement Specialist in anticipation of a contract award supporting the Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) DEFEND Group F program.
The CDM program is a dynamic approach to fortifying the cybersecurity of government networks and systems. CDM provides federal departments and agencies with capabilities and tools that identify cybersecurity risks on an ongoing basis, prioritize these risks based upon potential impacts, and enable cybersecurity personnel to mitigate the most significant problems first. CACI supports the CDM Program by procuring, installing, and operating a variety of cyber security capabilities for eleven federal agencies in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments.
What You’ll Get to Do:
As a Program Control and Accounting/Procurement Specialist, you will work independently and in a group of other financial analysts.
You will assist and track all CDM Defend program purchase orders, working with CACI Procurement Department and expedite and liaise with CACI Procurement Department to ensure program requirements are met. You'll be responsible for formalizing data for PMO for budgetary needs. Familiar with operations and service supply system processing requisitions, billing transactions, and reconciliation referencing the Financial Management Regulation. Work directly with company vendors to facilitate purchase order accuracy and processing. Ensure Government customers receive equipment orders in a timely manner. Receive and close out activities for purchase orders, reconcile past task orders, and perform internal audits.
