Job Description

CACI is looking for a Program Control and Accounting Specialist/Procurement Specialist in anticipation of a contract award supporting the Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) DEFEND Group F program.

The CDM program is a dynamic approach to fortifying the cybersecurity of government networks and systems. CDM provides federal departments and agencies with capabilities and tools that identify cybersecurity risks on an ongoing basis, prioritize these risks based upon potential impacts, and enable cybersecurity personnel to mitigate the most significant problems first.  CACI supports the CDM Program by procuring, installing, and operating a variety of cyber security capabilities for eleven federal agencies in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments.

What You’ll Get to Do:

As a Program Control and Accounting/Procurement Specialist, you will work independently and in a group of other financial analysts.

You will assist and track all CDM Defend program purchase orders, working with CACI Procurement Department and expedite and liaise with CACI Procurement Department to ensure program requirements are met. You'll be responsible for formalizing data for PMO for budgetary needs. Familiar with operations and service supply system processing requisitions, billing transactions, and reconciliation referencing the Financial Management Regulation. Work directly with company vendors to facilitate purchase order accuracy and processing. Ensure Government customers receive equipment orders in a timely manner. Receive and close out activities for purchase orders, reconcile past task orders, and perform internal audits.

More About the Role:

• Preparing analysis to support the documentation for source selections for proposal pricing.
• Entering proposal cost data into automated source selection systems 
• Preparing documentation and analysis to support cost for a wide range of IT related projects
• Compiling information and performs assessments
• Participating in and supports meetings and program reviews
• Performing outreach and liaison to various vendors
• Performing liaison and negotiating and Cost Estimates with various vendors
• Perform financial analysis duties including vendor & subcontractor funding
• Support internal financial reporting deliverables as directed by the PCA Mgr, such as monthly variance analysis and forecasting

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be clearable to a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) EOD suitability. Active clearance preferred.
• Experience supporting global supply chain procurement activities, coordinating with buyers, program management, to facilitate Subcontractor and ODC/Materials/Software procurements in support of customer/contractual requirements. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business field
• 0-2+ years financial support experience in a government contracting environment
• Experience with supply chain management

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Relevant procurement support experience in a Government contracting environment
• Relevant program control support experience in a Government contracting environment
• Microsoft Excel – beginner to intermediate level
• Top Secret Clearance and or the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance
