What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-Wexford Program Financial Analyst, you would be a member of a financial team that has complete responsibility to create and maintain program financial data to support the strategic plans of a Government Client, the Program Managers, and Task Leads on a large program.
More About this Role:
Under general supervision, review timecards for compliance, review and code subcontractor invoices, track subcontractor funding and submit purchase requisitions as needed to ensure subcontractors are properly funded, review travel vouchers and prepare invoice back up documentation.
This role is currently hybrid remote located in Reston, VA, applicants must be able to come into the Reston VA office at least one day a week (currently Tuesdays).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review bi-monthly timecards for the program to ensure hours and ODCs are recorded accurately and are reflected by the appropriate charge codes. Identify, advance and follow-up on discrepancies to include tracking/reporting on corrections made.
- Review/code invoices and complete and track purchase requisitions in the P2P system.
- Review travel vouchers ensuring all documentation has been submitted and identify and advance discrepancies.
- Input data and prepare Excel spreadsheets, as appropriate (PIVOT Tables, V-Lookups, X-Lookups, Smart Tables, etc.)
- Perform month-end closing activities as assigned.
- Document processes to aid in consistency and re-performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned to include back-up for other team members/processes.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline or equivalent related experience and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to reconcile accounts, statements, and reports monthly.
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to learn new software quickly are required.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Written and verbal communication skills to aid in communicating with Program Managers and Task Leads effectively.
- Ability to obtain TS SCI clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of project budget planning, budget design and preparation, budget execution, and budget tracking.
- Accounts payable and/or Payroll experience.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
