Job Description:
CACI is seeking a cleared Program Management Growth Leader for the Engineering Solutions Support group within our National Security sector. You should have a successful track record of engaging Team Redstone customers and building an ecosystem of local to the Huntsville market, focusing on R&D Engineering as well as Hardware/Software Integration Solutions.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Support the Vice President of the Huntsville office with the identification of DoD, particularly US Army, growth on existing and new programs.
Support, update, and implement go-to-market plans (to articulate and generate consensus for strategic vision, action plan, competitive intelligence, investments, business case, etc.) within the Engineering Solutions Support market with targeted customer sets.
Develop and present briefings to senior management in support of investing in and pursuing strategic opportunities in these markets.
Engage customers in identifying and shaping opportunities for on contract growth. This includes active communication of filtered, actionable intelligence back to the Division, BD, and functional group staff.
Actively market the Company Brand, establish customer expectations, and shape opportunities by creating white papers, sponsoring in-house demonstrations, and responding to RFIs and similar activities. You will conceptualize the need, organize the correct company participants, and lead the collaboration to completion.
Support Captures and Proposals to maintain continuity across the BD lifecycle, enhancing our ability to win as opportunities pass from qualification into capture and then proposal.
More About the Role:
The primary focus will be providing operational support in the identification, development, qualification, and capture of large, strategic opportunities, valued at over $75M each while building and maintaining a qualified pipeline of >$75M in annual opportunities. You will work closely with the Vice President of Business Development to further develop the current Market Strategy and plan to focus on positioning to capture new business contracts. You will be based in Huntsville, AL and can expect to spend up to 25% of your time on business travel within the continental United States.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An Active DOD Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
5 years performing Business Development (sales, marketing, capture, proposal) activities, especially in engineering and integration of mission and weapons systems.
Have a strong network of Team Redstone customer contacts and must be familiar with the customer's major programs and upcoming initiatives
The candidate should have a working knowledge of the Federal procurement process and a demonstrated proficiency with Intelligence and Department of Defense strategy and acquisition plans.
Demonstrated ability to execute the business development function with minimum supervision.
Effective leader/participant in formal presentations to clients and potential teaming partners; proven track record of building winning teams as well as successfully negotiating with potential team members as to roles and participation.
Detailed insight into Team Redstone's current and future programs is strongly desired.
Strong knowledge of naval architecture and engineering; integrated combat systems and ISR systems
Basic understanding of mission/weapons systems software modernization and sustainment; missile defense; space; C5ISR; platform integration; combat systems; MBSE/Digital Twin; Cyber; and sustainment
Formal training in the Shipley capture process is strongly desired.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
