CACI has a contract with a federal agency to support and maintain a business critical, SAP based Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the USDA. The CACI Team manages the Planning, Procurement, Fulfillment, and Financial functional areas, along with Application Development, Infrastructure technology, and SAP Basis Administration areas within the ERP environment. CACI is seeking to hire an SAP Basis Administrator responsible for supporting and administering on-premise hosted SAP Business Suite systems, executing SAP Upgrades & Migrations, especially to SAP Business Suite on HANA (and S/4HANA) on public Cloud (AWS), and supporting the target environment. The job includes working closely with Professional Service Team members, Solution Architects, Cloud Architects, Application Developers, and Business Process Analysts. The role will include direct engagement with customers, program sponsors, and stakeholders.

· Manage end to end resolution of Incidents and determine Root Cause
• Closely collaborate with 3rd party vendors supporting Infrastructure and other systems connecting to SAP
• Support system migration readiness assessment efforts
• Support SAP Business Suite on HANA migrations for SAP systems (ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, Portal) to AWS Cloud tenant
• Provide advice on SAP Basis support and process best practices
• Collaborate closely with Professional Service Provider Team members, Solution Architects, Cloud Architects, Basis Administrators, Application Developers, and Business Process Analysts
• Develop, maintain, and enhance process documentation based on lessons learned from execution of Basis tasks

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
8 years in a Basis Administration / System Administration role with experience on large SAP programs
Expert in SAP system sizing, landscape architecture, design, and setup
Expert in SAP upgrade/migration, especially Business Suite on HANA using SUM/DMO and system copy methods
Knowledgeable on multiple DB technologies especially in the context of migrations from RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server) to HANA
Proficiency working on multiple OS platforms for SAP and non-SAP products (RHEL 7/8, Solaris 11, Windows Server)
Knowledgeable supporting and maintaining SAP instances (ABAP, JAVA, SCS, BOBJ, TREX, Web Dispatcher, Apache Tomcat)
HANA installation, administration, and troubleshooting experience
Experience with system migrations from on-premise to public cloud (AWS) FEDRAMP compliant facilities
Strong working knowledge of Instance Types, Storage, OS, Network, Disaster Recovery, and High Availability approaches in the context of running SAP in the cloud
Ability to understand and articulate requirements to define solutions and benefits
Excellent presentation and listening skills to communicate effectively with peers and management
Able to independently manage multiple priorities and demands

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Technical Degree with relevant field experience
Experience working on Federal/Public sector SAP projects
5 years’ experience in professional services consulting or equivalent SAP HANA certification (SAP Certified Technology Associate – HANA 2.0)
SAP OS/DB migration certification
SAP Solution Manager certification (SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP Solution Manager 7.2 )
AWS cloud certification strongly preferred (must be willing and able to obtain certification if not already in hand)
Familiarity working with project tools (Micro Focus ALM, ServiceNow, MS SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365)
