Job Description
CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI provides a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI supports TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.
What You’ll Get to Do:
This position will be a team lead to the team that provides support for the management of the customer antivirus console and its clients deployed on the customer network and customer specific domain, which includes McAfee suite of Endpoint Security products. Preferred skillset includes, but is not limited to, Epolicy Orchestrator (ePO), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Enterprise Security (ENS). The overall team is responsible for the maintenance of six virtual management servers that share the client load balance of clients/devices in protection and development environments.
More About the Role:
- Conduct technical services including antivirus client management, endpoint security, and security management systems
- Leverage technical background to guide troubleshooting and incident management of technicians on the team as necessary
- Ensure team members are instructed and follow the Incident Management Processes
- Provide information and status updates to leadership on priority incidents
- Maintain and update (signature and system updates)
- Respond to server remediation, group and policy management and antivirus server management reboot requests from SOC
- Create technically detailed reports based on intrusions and events
- Provide assistance in computer incident investigations
- Coordinate with other teams to remediate detected incidents
- Recommend modifications to security tools to detect, prevent, and mitigate intrusions
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- US Citizenship required
- An active DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) is required to begin employment and must be maintained as a requirement of continued employment
- University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work
- Experience with McAfee suite of Endpoint Security products
- Experience with the identification, collection, examination of security threats and protection
- Knowledge on malware identification, analysis and event resolution
- Experience with collecting, ingesting, analyzing, and visualizing machine data
- Technical certifications to include CCNA, MCSE
- Detail oriented
- Flexible – The environment is highly dynamic. You will be expected to keep up with the changing environment while ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness
- Team Player – This role is part of a much larger team
- ITIL v4 certification required within 90 days of hire
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Relevant DHS focused experience
- Active DoD Clearance preferred, but not required
