CACI seeks a talented Service Desk Operations Manager to join our E3I Program within the Advanced Solutions Group. We design, develop, field and support mission critical SIGINT systems. As the System Engineering Manager responsible for daily execution of the Operational Support Center (OSC) for the E3I program, you will lead a team of engineering to ensure full system lifecycle support is maintained for mission critical systems fielded worldwide in support of the warfighter.

What You’ll Get to Do:
- As the Manager responsible for daily execution of the Operational Support Center (OSC) for the E3I program, ensure full system lifecycle support is maintained and executed to meet or exceed contract standards
- Lead a team of personnel in providing operational support, logistics and training for CONUS and OCONUS systems
- Triage issues and provide coordination for all operational support activities for production systems fielded worldwide
- Develop and mature processes and procedures for the E3I Operational Support Center
- Lead team in documentation and reporting for OSC activities
- Communicate with a variety of customer stakeholders and end users
- Report issues and status to Project and Program Leads
- Provide guidance and ensure inventory management processes and procedures are followed
- Provide feedback on equipment utilization, EOL planning and recommendations for equipment sparing, upgrades, and replacement
- Oversee development of training materials and execution of training events for end users
- Work with other E3I teams to develop and support site survey, fielding and installation plans
- Support execution of OSC to meet or exceed contract metrics such as 90% system availability
- Support production of E3I contract deliverables such as Readiness Based Sparing plans and other OSC related deliverables identified by program manager
- Develop OSC briefing materials for E3I Monthly Status Review with customer and present as required
- Collaborate across programs and discipline areas to ensure continuity and best practices are adopted
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of leadership experience in a combination of Systems Engineering, sustainment, training, and logistics
- 4+ years of experience delivering/supporting software and hardware solutions
- Understanding of global military logistics and sustainment systems and approaches
- In-depth experience in the use of various DoD sustainment, training, and logistics systems
- Experience with Linux based systems
- Experience troubleshooting remote systems, supporting a user base operating remote systems, and overseeing personnel performing these activities
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, collaborative and dynamic work environment
- Security+ certification required within 60 days of employment
- Must possess a current Top Secret SCI clearance and obtain govt. client approval
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Master's degree
- Security+ certification
- Experience working in an Army environment
- Experience as a software development manager or systems engineering manager
- Experience as a SIGINT or communications engineer/analyst/operator
- Experience supporting TENCAP family of systems
- Familiarity with Army TENCAP acquisition process
- Prior military experience
