What are the responsibilities and job description for the Subcontracts Assistant position at CACI?
What You’ll Get to Do:
As Subcontracts Support you will work under very general supervision in all facets of subcontract management to assist in the administration and management of subcontract agreements and subsequent amendments consistent with client requirements, government regulations and procurement policies/procedures. Role also includes considerable work in subcontract staffing and program support.
More About the Role:
- Coordinate with recruiters, subcontractors and program personnel on staffing needs and track staffing actions for contract.
- Track staffing process, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure candidates are vetted and onboarded efficiently.
- Participate in on-boarding and off-boarding project team members, coordinating start dates, program paperwork, departure dates, departure paperwork etc.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with partners, vendors, managers, and employees enabling enhanced communication around all staffing activities.
- Administer and manage subcontracts in accordance with CACI standards, plans and policies.
- Process invoices and timesheets for all subcontractors.
- Monitor subcontractor's performance, including the management of the deliverables and payment of invoices.
- Review and resolve subcontractor issues affecting subcontract performance and ensures subcontractor compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and customer objectives.
- Prepare and disseminates information regarding subcontract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination.
- Research and assist in recommending subcontract policies and procedures.
- Provide professional administrative expertise by coordinating, researching, recommending, and implementing overall business administrative initiatives.
- Track government furnished equipment (GFE).
- Track, prepare and monitor timekeeping actions for all subcontractors.
- Other duties as assigned.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Active DOD Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience
- Detail oriented
- Excellent Excel skills
- Well-honed written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Possess critical thinking and analytic skills, and able to work under limited supervision
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience with P2P system knowledge
- CACI experience

Salary : $62,200 - $130,600
