Job Description:
CACI is seeking a motivated Systems Administrator with Account Management experience who will be responsible for resolving IT hardware and software infrastructure (servers, network, security, etc.) issues using systems analysis techniques and procedures to ensure appropriate function of hardware, software or system functional specifications. You will provide system administration for assigned infrastructure and establishes and maintains security as it relates to users. You will apply security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment. You will support new infrastructure projects and maintain all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure. In this role you will:
Analyze, troubleshoots and resolves issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage and network connectivity.
Will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
Monitor and resolve network related service tickets.
Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and setup user accounts, permissions and passwords.
Support and administer third-party applications.
Ensure security and efficiency of IT infrastructure following industry standards.
Will have ongoing communication with executive leadership, and
Establish operational plans for technical area.
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience.
Experience working with and troubleshooting
System administration for Microsoft Window/Azure
Proficient with Windows Active Directory
Experience with Azure Active Directory
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Familiarity administering Microsoft Exchange, and Teams

$109,800 - $241,600Salary : $68,400 - $143,700
