Administrative Assistant: SAP Program
Founded in 1987, CADEkids is a Pennsylvania-registered charitable organization that supports the mental, emotional, and behavioral health of Philadelphia public school students through whole group classroom lessons and individual participation in a Student Assistance Program (SAP). CADEkids teaches and mentors Philadelphia public school students to rise above difficult circumstances — violence, poverty, and apathy — to build lives that match their dreams. We aim to serve over 10,000 students each year with classroom lessons and 300 students with community-based support in the SAP program.

Some components of the position include:
- Manage SAP referral emails by reviewing incoming documents for accuracy, respond professionally to school counselors, create participant profiles in database and assign to appropriate team member
- Attends and contributes to all administrative and SAP team meetings
- Screens and directs telephone calls and visitors appropriately.
- Tracking and monitoring available trainings for SAP staff from specific sources.
- Keep track of school referrals and SAP assessments, utilizing the data to assist in monthly and quarterly reports
- Communicating regularly with the SAP team and Administrative Staff
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in the implementation of policies and procedures and exhibit a professional office demeanor.
- Help develop social media posts and flyers for marketing SAP program in schools
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Schedule: 20 hours/week, must be able to work during the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm with some flexibility within that time range. Must be available Monday mornings 9:00-11:00 am in office for a weekly staff meeting.
- Work is performed under the direct supervision of the SAP Program Coordinator.
Compensation: $18-$19/ hour paid bi-weekly on payroll schedule
One time Sign on Bonus of $1,000 paid out at 3 months and 6 months of employment
20 hours per week

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
