Sales Manager

Position Purpose: To have a positive impact on the families and guests of the All-American sports facilities through the coordination, management, and implementation of facility programming and sales functions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Work directly with the All American/Pro Sports Management team to optimize facility usage
• Work with marketing to publish events, and obtain relevant reports to determine the success of programs
• Retain accurate payment records, a strong record of financial accountabliity
• Act as a member of the management team and resource for staff
• Coordinate birthdays and special events
• Oversee and facilitate membership sales
• Solicit grants, sponsorships, and other awards on behalf of All American/Pro Sports
• Create and audit processes/procedures for facility ensuring implementation
• Develop relationships and cross promotion with local schools and governmental entities, additionally developing ahotel credits program
• Ensuring a safe and clean environment, following all health and safety measures, including emergency procedures as needed
• Responding to customer and staff inquiries in a timely manner with excellent communication
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Proof of Pennsylvania Background Check, FBI clearances, First Aid, and CPR certification are required for this position and must be presented prior to first day.
• Act as an ambassador and positive representative of the Cadence organization at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a sales position
• Ability to manage and lead a team to success
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
