What are the responsibilities and job description for the Provider Relations Manager- Central & Southeast Market position at Cadence Solutions?
The Cadence Solutions team seeks a Provider Relations Manager to be responsible for developing long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff that are engaged in the Cadence Clinical Program. The Provider Relations Manager (PRM) will be the face of Cadence and will be the primary point of contact for the practice. A minimum of 50% of travel is required to designated office locations in the Central and Southeast region of the country to conduct meetings and provide onsite support on a regular basis to our Providers. It is preferred that this individual resides full-time in this region.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Implement local deployment of Cadence RPM solutions effectively, ensuring seamless integration into providers and staff workflows.
- Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with both existing and prospective providers and staff.
- Identify new opportunities to deliver care to patients with chronic health conditions.
- Facilitate learning from providers to enhance Cadence's technology and service offerings.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships Team to design scalable processes and systems.
- Monitor key metrics, generate reports, and stimulate ongoing provider involvement.
- Ensure providers meet the expectations of health system partners and act as a liaison for escalations.
- Maintain primary external & internal responsibility for an assigned region, including education, meeting KPIs, delivering and analyzing reports, service recovery, etc.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 3 years of experience in roles involving project leadership, communication, managed care, or account management.
- 3 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare customer service role, or similar clinical outreach support position.
- Experience working with Providers face to face.
- Experience working at a startup.
- Experience managing an assigned territory and traveling minimum 50% within the region.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships, multitask, prioritize effectively, and provide solutions.
- Strategic and critical thinking, analytical ability, and exceptional communication skills.
- Metrics-driven approach to understanding program goals and interpreting reporting results.
- Proficiency in using Google Suite products and web-based meeting products.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare, business, or communications.

- Location: Remote with the expectation to travel to multiple clinic locations in the Central and Southeast Region
