Conduct academic and aircrew training device instruction for E-8 JSTARS, including all academic platform training (Qualification Training [QT], Transition Training (XT), Upgrade Training [UGT], Requalification Training [RQ], and Remedial Training). Conduct curriculum directed profiles used in student training on the specific Training Device (IAW syllabi and/or local/higher headquarters directives) for Qualification/Requalification Training (QT/RQ), Continuation Training (CT), and out-of-cycle training requirements. Qualifications and Education Requirements US Security Clearance Required: Secret Shall be previously qualified in multi-engine military type aircraft for minimum of two years Experience in Boeing type aircraft (E-3, E-8, RC-135, etc.) is highly desired. Previous Instructor experience is highly desired Previous Combat Systems Officer (CSO) and/or Navigator experience is also desired Shall have, as a minimum, FAA Rating and a Bachelor’s Degree Be competent using Microsoft Office suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of typing Security Responsibilities Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources. Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
