Server and Crepe Chef

Cook artisan crepe meals as ordered, while the customer watches you prepare their Crepe. This is an all around customer engagement position. Being helpful and knowledgeable about the product and menu is the priority, nice is secondary. Preparing tasty crepes is very important. We will teach you everything you need to know! You must be over 16 to apply.

Other responsibilities are:

Taking orders, payment, and making change, correctly.

Preparing ingredients that go in the crepes.

Learn proper food handling procedures, knife use, and hand washing.

Proper washing and sanitizing of all utensils, cookware and cooking surfaces.

Position requires a high level of reliability, self-motivation and common sense.

Crepes are not a destination food in the USA, like pizza or burgers. This is an impulse purchase and familiar to most, but many need a little help with how, and what to order. People are curious! They want to make the purchase they just aren't always sure how. Tips will will boost your income by $8 to 10 per hour, especially when you are helpful to the customer. Your words will be scripted to help you accomplish building the customer engagement bridge. There are also some very easy, simple up-selling questions you will learn. Self-motivated, neat appearance, uniform shirt/aprons (provided) are required. Shifts are 9:45-3:30, 3:30-8 every day. We are located in the food court at Flatirons Crossing Mall, and are open mall hours.

Salary: $11.00 /hour $8-10 per hour in tips.

Shifts are 9:45-3:30 Monday thru Saturday. 3:30-8, AND also 12-7 and 11-6 on weekends.
