We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to provide technical leadership for services such as intake, reporting, request definition, planning, and contract support. This position will be full-time and hybrid.
What You’ll Do
Research and clarify OCM requests, initiatives, and business needs statements; draft or review SBAR (Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation) documentation; research and prepare specifications; assist with OCM intake and governance process
Develop and manage OCM performance management data, tracking tools, and reports that support the OCM, clinical partners, operational partners, and IT leadership
Lead early-stage OCM requests, assist operational/clinical partners in the creation of SBAR (Situation-Background-Assessment-Recommendation) documentation; serve as the analyst responsible for requirements and other business-oriented deliverables
Lead and/or coordinate OCM implementation efforts of analysts, developers, and other team members in OCM deliverables
Develop and/or review transition OCM Deliverables which include and not limited to customer outreach, patient outreach, network education, IT consultation, communication, and technical solutions
Develop and communicate status reports in an effective and timely manner
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
What You'll Need
Required:
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a closely related field
Experience in driving change management and activities
Experience working with Microsoft Project Online/Server and SharePoint
Experience working in a healthcare setting
Experience developing reports using Excel Power Query and Power BI
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
