OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

CAIF is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Analyst to join our growing team! Marketing is about understanding people and connecting our mission and values to our customers.

 

The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for researching and identifying ways to build up Caif’s corporate brand through social media, trade shows, and other different mediums. Our ideal candidate has experience analyzing data and identifying opportunities in the market. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:

 

  • Perform valid and reliable market research using different methods such as a SWOT analysis.
  • Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data (Surveys, Questionnaires, Opinion Polls).
  • Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence to analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Product Managers to design and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
  • Measure ROI of all advertising campaigns and tradeshow lead generations and identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
  • Help develop creative briefs to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, managing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.
  • Effectively manage timelines/schedules including outlining goals, scope, deliverables, required resources, and budget.
  • Help plan trade shows, including partnering with vendors, design, messaging, setup/takedown, team participants, etc.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with impeccable phone etiquette.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work well across functions and interact effectively with all levels of personnel within and outside of the organization.
  • Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues to proactively resolve problems with grace and integrity.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 2 years of marketing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and analyzing data.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
  • Exceptional project and timeline management skills - setting a clear, concise agenda and following up with updates/status where appropriate.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tool.
  • Ability to interact with all levels (internal and external).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (MS PowerPoint).

 PREFERRED:

  • Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms.

Willingness and ability to travel or relocate if needed. 

Salary : $57,800 - $73,200
