What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities and Fleet Services Manager position at Cal Farley's?
Provides comprehensive support and facilitation to include data management, generating documentation and correspondence, receiving and routing incoming mail and faxes, and other daily functions performed in support of purchasing & facilities division activities. Insures completion of scheduled monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections and notes deficiencies.
Job Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- A minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a customer service oriented or similar environment is required.Facilities experience preferred.
- A minimum of 35 wpm typing speed is preferred.
- Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office for Windows applications (word processing, database, spreadsheet, e-mail, presentation graphics, etc.) is required.
- Must be proficient in general office equipment operation.
- Must possess exceptional time management and detail-orientation skills.
- Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license.
- Must be available for travel as needed.
Salary : $29,600 - $37,400
