What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Assistant position at Calabrio?

You will be responsible for providing support to the legal department to ensure smooth and effective departmental operations. The organizational skills necessary for this position will ensure successful operations for the Company to continue driving growth.
- Draft and review letters and other forms of correspondence with customers, resellers, vendors, and business partners.
- Manage the electronic signature process for all legal documents, including finalizing, reviewing, and preparing documents for signatures.
- Review contracts for specific terms and ensure they are captured for future review cycles and periodic legal audits, and you will assist in effectively managing workload by ensuring deal support requests are assigned to members of the legal department.
- Work with members of the legal department and other key stakeholders on other projects that arise.
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize and complete competing requests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that is always changing
- Ability to handle all kinds of administrative duties, including those of a sensitive nature
- High degree of discretion, judgment, and organization, with a focus on integrity
- Exceptional customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-7 years of previous experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role
