What are the responsibilities and job description for the International Sales Analyst position at Calavo?
The International Sales Analytics Coordinator will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales, field, and market data with the goal of providing feedback and actionable insights to our international sales team. This position will also be responsible for the documentation processes for international sales orders which includes cross functional coordination with our logistics and compliance teams.
Responsibilities
- The primary responsibilities of this role will be to oversee and coordinate the documentation process for international sales orders
- Identify new markets for exports and develop new business accounts
- Build, compile, analyze and report sales data to our international sales teams
- Report market trends, actionable insights, and sales performance to help guide sales decisions
- Customer Support including carrier and route performance management, problem-solving, crisis management, inventory and ETA management
- Accounting and administrative tasks for assigned accounts
- Forecasting and sales campaign planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Strong research and data analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross functional teams.
- 1 to 2 years experience compiling, analyzing and reporting data
- Projection and forecasting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and exposure to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Compensation
- The base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $64,400.00 - $84,500.00
- The actual salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills and experience
- Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or cash bonuses that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
