- Dispatch drivers on a daily basis
- Create driver paperwork for each load scheduled
- Communicate with customers and schedule loads as needed
- Create and send invoices to customers
- Schedule tank washes to corresponding loads
- Serve as point of contact for drivers and customers for delivery tracking
- Ensure pickup and delivery equipment & requirements are met
- Enter bills and send payments to vendors
- Providing rate quotes to customers when requested
- Manage procurement of transportation services
- Communicate with compliance team regarding changes to trucks, trailers, drivers, etc.
- Submit fuel receipts and driver logs to compliance team monthly
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks
