CALECO is the largest privately- owned commercial laundry vendor in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US.
We have been serving our communities for over 70 years, and are family owned and operated still to this day! We operate central laundry facilities in apartment buildings, colleges and military bases in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C, as well as parts of Virginia and New York City.
We have an opening for a PART-TIME Accounting Clerk to work in our Accounting Department located in West Chester, PA.
Mainly responsible for the Parts Inventory at the warehouse and outside locations. Also responsible for filling all miscellaneous vendor tax returns for local authorities.
Part-Time Five days per week (Mon-Fri) 8:30am to 12:30pm or 1:00 to 5:00pm.
Reports to Controller
Must have experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Great Plains or other accounting software experience helpful.
Duties:
· Transfer parts from Parts Shop to the truck or technician in computer system.
· Record the parts consumed by work order.
· Record parts consumed using an inventory adjustment.
· Assist in Physical Inventory preparation and counting.
· Assist with the annual inventory of technician’s trucks.
· Prepare and submit numerous Labor Reports, annual license and registration filings for various states, and personal property taxes.
· Miscellaneous task assigned by the Controller.
