What will you be doing?

• Thoughtful Design: Assure design and development of a line that supports the brand essence through sketching ability, strong understanding of brand positions, and innovative and creative input.
• Consumer Focus: Assure the compilation, analysis, and dissemination of trend, style, consumer and market intelligence between internal and external partners, and is utilized in the creation of commercial product.
• Team Collaboration: Throughout the development cycle - researching, computer sketching, specs/techpacks, proto corrections/blueprint & 3D file/print comments in collaboration with tech development/fit teams. Cross-functionally collaborate to bring consistent look, feel and strategy into product assortment.
• Fast-paced Approach: Assure that design and development processes promote speed to market concepts and maximize continuous merchandising opportunities.

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience preferred
• 5 years design and brand building experience in the footwear industry
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation experience
• Adobe Suite/CAD (Mac based), I-Pad w/ ProCreate, & PPT proficiencies required
• Miro/other digital whiteboard collaboration tool proficiency a plus
