We are seeking someone to join our St. Louis, Missouri team as a Director, Analytics & Insights. In this role, you will build strategy across various digital and omnichannel data sources, analytics platforms and tools, and related systems to unlock commercial and customer experience value. You will play an integral role in facilitating and leading regular analysis and measurement of site and channel budget and performance of websites, business units and respective marketing channels.
Responsibilities
As a Director, Analytics & Insights, you will:
- Drive the implementation and/or adoption of a full suite of analytics and insights tools including, but not limited to data capture, aggregation, and storage, reporting and visualization, user consumption and self service, data integration, and executive presentations
- Synthesize mutliple inputs to provide a clear, thorough understanding of consumer purchase behavior, profiles, and preferences
- Create automation of eCommerce dashboards and KPI reports, including executive summaries and other marketing channel reporting
- Identify opportunities in the current data capture strategy and work with various stakeholders to collaboratively implement enhancements
- Turn data and analysis into actionable insights through data visualization to help guide strategic decisions to optimize site and platform performance
- Partner internally and externally to ensure best practices and improve customer experience through data-driven recommendations and decisions
- Lead the analytics team and projects that ensure comprehensive and accurate website and data tracking and reporting, including, website tagging and attribution modeling

Qualifications
We seek people with these qualifications:
- 8 years of previous experience in Web Analytics, Digital Marketing, and/or Ecommerce Management
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in Business and Analytics required
- Successfully led and developed teams and direct reports
- Experience with a range of analytical software packages and data visualization tools (e.g. Adobe
- Analytics, Google Analytics, Business Objects, Power BI, CRM)
- Ability to create actionable insights, stories, and recommendations from big data
- Technical aptitude as it pertains to web analytics solutions, specifically Adobe Omniture and Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager.
