Temporary, Paid Social, Specialist

We are seeking someone to join our Retail Marketing team in St. Louis, MO as a Temporary, Paid Social, Specialist.  In this role, you own all paid social campaigns and manage uploading paid creative into every social platform (Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok). You will also assign audiences to match each version of content.

As a Temporary, Paid Social, Specialist, you will:

· Work closely with the social manager in determining budgets across several paid social campaigns, directing spend allocations based upon performance and ensuring spend is managed to the planned forecast

· Monitor, track, and analyze paid performance, using web-based analytical tools and platform insights, applying continual optimizations that work towards each campaign’s key KPIs

· Assist with updating weekly reporting by way of pulling data from all social platforms into a master spreadsheet

· Proactively offer creative ideas and solutions on the latest insights from social trends as well as performance research with which can inform on growth opportunities for the social program

· Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage synergistic marketing

We seek people with these qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
