Calero, the leading technology expense management solution for complex enterprises, is looking for a Junior Technical Account Manager for either our Tunbridge Wells Office. Reporting to Senior Service Operations Manager, you will empower clients to get maximum value from the software platform. Having to liaise with clients and interpret their needs, as well as using your technical expertise to deliver solutions will require an individual who is adept in both of these areas. The position is part of a dynamic global account management and project team with a wealth of experience to learn from. You will become highly proficient in Calero’s suite of products, as well as a number of software development tools the team use internally. You need to be good at problem solving, able to work both independently and with colleagues/clients, as well as being highly motivated. Ultimately, you’ll be learning and growing in your technical role to take on more responsibilities and progress in the company.
