  • Purpose: 

Represent, promote and sell all range of the company products, marketing tools and services to existing and prospective customers


Essential Duties:

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and site demonstrations
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling 
  • Continuously maintain, organize, and update CRM.
  • Continuously maintain all displays and marketing tools. 
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • The ability to work independently and adapt in an environment that changes rapidly 
  • Ability to identify decision makers, network, and manage the sales process 
  • Build and maintain strong rapport over the phone with existing and potential clients 
  • Ability to organize your workday and be proactive with time management 
  • Track notes on all interactions and keep opportunities up to date in CRM 
  • Consistently follow up with potential clients to close agreements 
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas 
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership

 

General Description:

  • This is a primarily a B2B sales position, targeting Builders, Developers, Tile & Plumbing Showrooms in the designated area; this is a full-time position with a competitive base and commission with benefits.

General Requirements:

  • 1 years of sales experience; B2B; cold-call sales (preferred) 
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • 1 years of experience using Google and Microsoft Office Products 
  • Comfortable using CRM 
  • 4G/5G smartphone savvy  
  • Great Work Ethic 
  • Desire to be Successful
