Office Services Assistant: Calfo Eakes LLP is seeking a full-time, on-site, Office
Services Assistant, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. General office duties for this entry level position include, but are not limited to, maintenance of the office environment and equipment; ordering and stocking supplies; legal messenger and delivery; and various administrative tasks upon request.
The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of related job experience and possess:
- Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant and friendly disposition and a professional appearance.
- Comfortable with computer hardware/software and general technology.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Appreciation for maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Reflect sound problem solving and independent judgment skills.
- Demonstrate initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work with a team and lift 45 lbs.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
