Job Summary: 

The Receiving and Shipping Admin(s) work under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor.  The R/S Admin will be responsible for preparing shipments and paperwork and receiving documents as needed.  This individual will also be in direct communication with shipping contacts as well as truck drivers.

Duties: 

• Broad knowledge of RF-Smart *WMS) or other WMS system and scanning functions.
• Generates/Processes inbound and outbound paperwork.  ie; BOLs and Packing Slips.
• Validates and audits accuracy of all inbound and outbound entries.
• Reports all damages to appropriate levels of management.
• Communication of all reporting functions to different levels of management.
• Prepares shipments for UPS, FedEx and LTLs per customer requirements.
• Collaborates with all other departments within the Cali network.
• Ensures proper dock location for all inbound containers and outgoing trailers.
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as requested.

Education & Experience: 

• Must have 1 year of previous Shipping/Receiving experience
• Must have good understanding of Warehouse and Inventory Control procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Previous experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
• Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills.
