Job Summary
The Glass Fleet Advisor will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience through processing customer fleet repairs for all emerging lines of business.
This position will be responsible for accepting, scheduling, invoicing and follow up for fleet. This is a fully remote role.
We are offering a pay range of $20-25 hr, weekly pay, 401k, accrued PTO and day one insurance coverage.
- Providing automotive repairs
- Enter information accurately into the point-of-sale system
- Follow our standard operating procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Answer customer questions regarding services provided, account information, and billing
- Assist market in assigning jobs to technicians
- Enter and follow up with various Fleet portals as needed
- Thorough understanding of practices, and policies involved within the fleet relationships.
- Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and convey a sense of urgency and empathy with the customer
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 years of billing experience preferred
- Knowledge of collision industry practices and policies is required
- Proficient in Software Systems such as CCC One, Omega, Auto Integrate, Shopware and Workday preferred
- Advanced MS Office skills required, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional verbal communication and written skills
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused vision
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
