Position Summary
The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for ensuring inventory and order accuracy. The position is flexible and encompasses a variety of functions within the distribution center including stocking, picking and shipping.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
- Utilize RF scanners to complete tasks
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Stocking team will accurately, efficiently, and neatly put in-bound product on the shelves in the appropriate location
- Picking team will accurately, efficiently, and neatly pick product from the shelves to fulfill orders
- Shipping team will accurately, efficiently, and neatly consolidate product and pack out-bound orders to be shipped
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing or similar is preferred
- Ability to exercise judgement and to work independently
- Must demonstrate consistency, accuracy and follow-through
