Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking to upgrade their homes. Your goal will be to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and schedule appointments for our sales team to present our products in an engaging and supportive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone to understand their needs and provide initial information about our products.
- Build rapport quickly and maintain a friendly, positive attitude during all interactions.
- Listen patiently and respond to customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team with potential customers, ensuring all details are accurately captured and communicated.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to appointment.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and appointment schedules.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in appointment setting or customer service, preferably in the home improvement or healthcare industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A high degree of patience, empathy, and understanding.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and positive personality.
- Ability to build strong relationships and connect with customers.
