What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Liaison position at California Closets?
Job Purpose
Provides an exceptional experience to each customer that contacts our company through phone, email, or client facing contact, while striving to complete appointment scheduling in an efficient and detailed manner. Support showroom operations, walk-in customers, visual merchandising, and overall cleanliness/maintenance of the space.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing the showroom schedules for the Design Consultants and Customers, for a specific region(s).
- Assists management with administrative expectations and reporting.
- Receive all incoming phone calls, making outbound calls, manage email communication, and scheduling for all Design Consultant appointments.
- Answer customer inquiries and deliver general product knowledge (via phone, email, or client-facing).
- Serve as the first point of contact greeting all clients who visit our showroom, assisting the clients with signing in, and offering refreshments as necessary.
- Maintains the showroom at the direction of the Showroom Liaison Team Lead
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicates politely, clearly, and professionally with customers.
- Self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 1 or more years’ experience working as a customer service representative, preferably within a luxury brand environment.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability - some holidays and weekends are required.
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Salesforce or CRM platforms is a plus
- Call center experience is a plus!
- Calendar management/ regional scheduling a plus!
- Interior design interest or education is a plus!
