Full Job Description
Position Summary:
CARE Leasing Consultants must assess prospective residents’ housing needs and basic qualifications, guide tours of apartment models and facilities, and ultimately turn prospects into applicants. CARE Leasing Consultants must be reliable, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy contributing to a positive high-energy working environment. As a Leasing Consultant, you are a representative of California Real Estate Management. It is your responsibility to exemplify the company’s high level of professionalism, customer service, and quality. Reports to: Assistant Manager or Community Manager
Areas of Duty:
- Answer Phones
- Formal, courteous and enthusiastic manner
- Provide information about the community, set up appointments for tours and interviews, and offer directions
- Take thorough messages for managers if answers are unknown
- Log every call on Traffic Log
- Walk-Ins
- Initial Greeting
- Stand up upon entry of traffic
- Greet individual(s) with a smile and offer your name
- Ask their name and use it throughout their visit
- Maintain eye contact when speaking to individuals
- Develop Rapport
- What are they looking for? size, number of occupants, and amenities
- Where are they from? Why are they relocating?
- What is the timeframe for moving?
- Target Main Points (i.e.: What issues are prospects aiming to solve by moving?)
Reports To: Assistant Manager or Community Manager

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
