Position Summary: CRMLS is hiring a Technical Operations Analyst I. The Technical Operations Analyst I is an expert in the technical works and troubleshooting of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) systems used by real estate professionals throughout North America. The Technical Operations Analyst I participates in the release of new products, ongoing maintenance, and troubleshooting. The Technical Operations Analyst I also participates in a diverse number of projects, including, but not limited to, data analysis, quality assurance/user acceptance testing, and other special projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Work from a trouble ticket queue
· Work with the Customer Care Department to ensure efficient problem identification and resolution
· Escalate and ensure timely resolution of issues reported to third-party vendors
· Perform quality assurance or user acceptance testing of software enhancements and new releases
· Support vendors who utilize our Application Programming Interfaces
· Perform data analysis for our data aggregation services
· Perform data quality audits and reporting
· Special projects as needed throughout CRMLS
· All other duties assigned
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in intermediate to advanced levels of Excel (formulas, macros, and VBA) and data manipulation
· Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Planner, JIRA, Trello, Smartsheet, Notion, and other similar tools is preferred
· Exposure to automation software such as AccelQ or other similar tools is ideal
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
· Passing grade of technical test, given at the time of the interview
