- Create course materials in alternate format for students with disabilities (successful candidate will be trained).
- Proofread Optical Character Recognition results.
- Listen to MP3s while comparing them to printed originals.
- Scan, edit text, crop, edit images, in large quantities.
- Assist with data entry.
- Engage in correspondence with students registered with the office.
- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the annual security report (ASR), . The ASR contains the current security and safety-related policy statements, emergency preparedness and evacuation information, crime prevention and sexual assault prevention information, and drug and alcohol prevention programming. The ASR also contains statistics of Clery Act crimes for Stanislaus State for the previous three years.
