Description
We are looking for an Outbound campaign and project team member who will contribute to projects, outbound campaign objectives, and complete deliverables on time. A successful candidate will be able to efficiently manage daily productivity and accountability in a work environment, communicate effectively with peers, management, other departments, and external clients. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, able to adapt quickly to workflow changes and multi-task while working on varied projects or campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Complete Quality Assurance Reviews.
- Complete outbound mystery shop calls for external clients.
- Schedule internal Call Box consultant engagement opportunities.
- Maintain a daily productivity pace that meets the teams qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Efficiently track and manage daily project or campaign productivity.
- Make and manage outbound calls for varied external clients.
- Adhere to scripts and talking points provided for varied outbound calls initiated or received.
- Maintain effective communication with management and peers.
- Adhere to company standards for attendance and punctuality.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient active listening skills.
- Excellent Customer Service.
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft products: Outlook, Word, Excell.
- Proficient basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time and varied projects effectively.
Requirements:
- Customer Support/Service: 2-3 years (Preferred)
- Spanish (Preferred)
