What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Appointment Setter position at Call Center Experts?
We're searching for a motivated, humble, and astute Appointment Setter Representative to schedule appointments and provide outstanding customer service to potential clients.
You will be the company's "Voice" on the phone and will represent the company to customers.
- Answers the phone and schedules sales, service, and/or maintenance appointments.
- Maintains and updates customer files and records, as well as informing customers about the firm and/or services provided in compliance with company policies.
- Performs administrative activities as directed by management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
- $75K-$100K Yearly
- Full Time in Office

Customer service ideas and procedures are well-understood.
NO experience working in a call center is necessary.
Superior organizing skills and a strong attention to detail
As this role requires substantial telephone work, exceptional verbal and writing communication skills are a plus. Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities.
